APAM Try-Outs are Coming Soon ....

Looking to Join A.P.AM. 

If you want to become a new member of APAM you have to come to our 2012  Try-Outs.  With at least 3min max display of your talent which means a song of your choice and bring $10 try-out fee. Everything else you will learn when you get there and we will be feeding and you must be able to stay from 3-9pm (but we mostly likely we'll be leaving early).

If you know any Mimers, Praise Dancers, Poets, Musicians, or Singers tell them about

APAM's Try- Outs

Atmosphere Performing Arts Ministries are now open to the community, meaning anyone can come and try-out. Try-Outs are closed for public viewing. There is a registration fee, of $10, for all applicants trying out. Try-outs will be from 3pm-9pm. To try-out for any of the ministries in Atmosphere there are three parts to this process, a grouped performance, solo performance, and collaboration performance. Each applicant should come prepared with their own solo performance.

Understanding Your Fears of Starting ...

The best part about starting at the bottom is the view of the top. The best part about starting over is the idea of a second chance. The best part about starting now is you being one day closer to success. The best part about starting something new is seeing it become something old. 

Most people are afraid of starting anything because they fear failure, rejection, and/or losing. What we must understand is being fearful of anything comes from a lack of understanding. Failure, rejection, and losing can be seen with such a negative connotation but are all things that successful people most come in contact with to truly gain success. 

Once you understand that failure unlocks the opportunity to gain a second chance, to do something over again with more knowledge and awareness of a task. That rejection gives you more insight on the way others view you and the chance to reevaluate yourself to either change or stay the same. And that losing only motivates  a true winner to become more than they are today. Is when you can understand that, there is more power in the positive side of these negative situations then there is negative.

Starting another thing weather it being the first time or second can bring doubt and many questions to your ability to be successful. You must keep in mind that the key to success is you not measuring your success by viewing another persons accomplishments but only through the viewing of your personal gains of triumphs. You must stay in control of your Atmosphere! Change what you can and learn to live with what you cannot.

As we enter into the next season of our 2012 Performance Year. We would like to thank everyone that aiding us in being the best that God would have us to be so far.

Our Spring/Summer season will bring the next part to our 2012 theme, The Great Awakening, which is Transformation. This season we will be highlighting songs from signed and unsigned artist.

This season we will also launch our official website, and all followers, friends, and family will be able to enjoy us live through our Ustream page.

So keep a close watch for all updates and other important info so you may stay in the mix with God's Atmosphere.

The Importance of Relationship

How do you feel about relationship? Many people take relationship with God lightly but at the end of the day that's all you have. Even when we fall in error in life, our relationship with God makes it accessible for us to be redeemed from our error and placed back on track. Relationship becomes rather obvious when we go out to minister. People enjoy our ministry because they know that APAM are going into worship and prayer before they perform anywhere. How do you feel?

Atmosphere Awards 2012

 The next big activity is the Atmosphere Awards and it will host as the ministry's annual achievement service, this is red carpet event so formal attire is required. Members of the ministry will be highlight for their achievements through out the year in numerous categories as well as individuals within our local church and community that as aided the ministry in the past year. This Year we are honoring Pastor Melvin & Claudine Austin with our 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award. We are also taking pre-order sells for our Yearbook DVD that will show never before seen video of Atmosphere's first year of ministry, the dedication service, and other highlighted moments from the last year. As well as pre-order sells for the APAM line of T-Shirts ($15 for adults sizes and $10 for child sizes) You can see any Member to get your per-order.
